"ราคานี้เกินไป" (ra-ka nee gern bai) - This price is too high.
"ขอราคาที่ถูกกว่านี้" (kaw ra-ka tee tuk gwa nee) - Can I have a lower price?
"ฉันจะซื้อสินค้านี้ ถ้าคุณลดราคาให้ฉัน" (chăn ja seu sin-ka nee ta kun lot ra-ka hai chan) - I will buy this product if you can give me a discount.
It's also helpful to know some numbers in Thai, as this will allow you to specify the price you are willing to pay.
