  • What if I want to close my account.
    We're always sad to see a member of our community leave, but understand personal situations and interests can change. If you would like to close your account, please send an email to hello@dailythai.co. We'll take care of the rest.
  • Do you have a money back guarantee?
    Yes. You can request a refund by email up to 7 days from the date of purchase. We will refund your purchase within 7 days and send you an email confirmation. All refunds will be remitted to the original payment method used. Unfortunately we cannot process any refunds past the 7 day period.
  • Can I let you know if I see a mistake in your lessons?
    Yes, we welcome any feedback that will make our lessons better for all users. If you see a mistake, please let us know and we will endeavour to fix it as soon as possible. That might mean 1-2 days.
  • What does your Lifetime Access Plan include?
    Lifetime means lifetime of DailyThai.co. You'll have access to our huge library of daily content for as long as DailyThai.co continues to offer it's Thai learning services (we've been operating since 2018). Our library of daily content includes lessons that are added or updated fresh daily. Lifetime may not include premium add on packages or courses that may be available from time to time at an additional charge, including premium offerings from third party providers.
  • Do you offer support?
    We have a huge library of high quality interactive lessons. But sometimes there may be an issue with sound or audio, spelling or grammar. Please feel free to contact us and share any feedback or concerns you have in these areas or other related issues, hello@dailythai.co.

    Yes, we have a school license available. This lets you share our browse our extensive gallery and share individual lesson links with students. Because some of our content is aimed at adults (such as nightlife and relationships) you may need to curate some of our lesson content before you share links with your audience.
